Food has long been a passion of mine as well as love of the land. I enjoy the way it brings me back to the land through gardening and wild foraging. I appreciate the sense of community it engenders by way of fostering a relationship with farmers, sourcing local produce from the market and building meaningful relationships. For me, cooking is about creating connection, art and doing it with love. In my experience, cooking is just as much about the people as it is the food. A bridge to bring us together to share in connection and nourishment. I enjoy the creative process of blending flavors, colors, textures and aromas to make a dish equally beautiful as it is delicious.

I share my joy of cooking by working as a private chef, teaching cooking classes, and nourishing new mothers postpartum. I prepare meals for families, gatherings, and in retreat settings. I source organic, local, nutrient dense food in preparing your wholesome meals and always use the highest quality ingredients available. I have a vast background of experience in specialty diets such as dairy-free, gluten-free, keto, paleo, raw, vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic and Ayurvedic styles of cooking. I have a passion for Farm-to-table and California cuisine. I cater to my client’s needs, desires and dietary preferences. I can prepare meals from a wide array of global cuisines including Mediterranean, Indian, Italian, Asian fusion and more.
